Bespoke & Custom Acrylic Display Stands

We are always happy to accommodate unique display requirements, but because every custom size is fabricated from scratch, it requires a dedicated manufacturing process. We have to map out each new design individually in CAD software, program and set up our precision laser cutters for a single custom run, and recalibrate our bending machinery to your specific dimensions.

Due to the significant technical resources and additional setup time involved, we classify this as a premium service. Consequently, custom orders incur a flat £9.50 setup fee per unique design. This is a strict one-off charge—it remains exactly the same whether you order a single custom stand or multiple identical units. However, to reward larger orders, we will completely waive this £9.50 setup fee if your custom order value exceeds £60.

Because of the custom setup involved, we highly recommend checking our extensive range of standard ready-made stands first, as they offer the most efficient and cost-effective turnaround.

Our Workshop Capabilities & Limits 

To ensure your custom stand is a perfect fit, please keep our current technical specifications in mind when planning your design:

• Maximum Size Limit (900mm): Our precision laser cutter operates with a maximum worktable length of 900mm. Currently, we specialize in producing reasonably small, high-detail display stands. To check if we can make your design, use this quick calculation: Width + (Height × 2) must be less than 900mm (e.g., W + 2H < 900mm). If your flat sheet dimensions fit within this limit, we can make it!

• Bending Tolerance (+/- 2mm): Because each bespoke piece is individually hand-formed and heat-bent on our machinery, please allow for a standard manufacturing tolerance of +2mm / -2mm on your final dimensions.

• Material Thickness Guidelines: As a general rule of thumb, 4mm acrylic suits small, lightweight displays; 6mm safely covers most standard retail environments.

Premium Materials & Finish 

We construct our custom work using optically bright clear cast acrylic—the exact same premium material widely trusted under the Perspex brand name. Every visible edge is meticulously polished by hand, ensuring your finished display stand delivers the high-end look of glass while remaining lightweight, shatter-resistant and safe. Our material will not yellow indoors and wipes clean seamlessly with a soft damp cloth.
